1988  

In February 16, 1988 PERT was founded and incorporated as an industrial firm by Engineers Armando S. Guangko, Douglas A. Gacasan, Godofredo G. Alcantara, Jr. and Pablo P. Cabatingan, Jr.

The company initially started as agent representative of world renowned industrial machinery manufacturers. Our customers include power, mining, cement, chemical, petrochemical,

metallurgical, sugar, food and beverages and other industries.

1992 

Seeing the need to expand the market in Luzon, PERT setup a Manila office which in 1995, was spun-off as PERTMA Corporation- a majority-owned subsidiary of PERT, Inc.

2000  

In 2000, Manpower Services Group was formed supplying skilled and semi-skilled manpower to some major industries in the Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. On July 7, 2011 manpower

services business unit of PERT, Inc. was spun-off and named PERTSERV, INC.

2010 

PERT added Foundry Operations into its business units. PERT Foundry is the leading alternative source of Impellers and other customized metal castings using cast iron and non-ferrous

materials in the local industry. PIC's services is merged with the foundry group to compliment the various engineering requirements of the foundry business.

2012    

The machinery business unit of PERT Inc., which handled the trading operations in the Visayas and Mindanao regions was spun-off and named the PERTMACHINERY COMPANY, Inc.

2017   

Hydrautechnik Inc (HTI) was formed, a reliable distributor and services provider of mainly hydraulic / lubrication systems. HTI is a majority owned subsidiary of PERTMA Corp.
